Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Study Background
This clinical trial is investigating an experimental study drug called EIK1001 for people living with Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) who have not previously received treatment for advanced disease. The purpose of the study is to determine whether adding EIK1001 to standard treatment with pembrolizumab (Keytruda®) and chemotherapy improves patient outcomes compared to standard treatment alone.
EIK1001 is an investigational immunotherapy designed to activate the body’s immune system through proteins known as Toll-like Receptors (TLRs), which may help the immune system identify and attack cancer cells more effectively.
This is a global Phase 2/3 clinical trial enrolling approximately 720 to 750 patients worldwide.
