Christine is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in facility, clinical, and nursing management across both public and private hospital environments. Her career includes leading the successful start‑up of two new sites, guiding complex change management initiatives, and developing high‑performing, collaborative teams.
With expertise spanning nursing management, oncology, leadership, and clinical research, Christine brings a balanced blend of operational insight and strategic thinking. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney, where she focused on clinical trials and research—an academic foundation that strengthens her ability to connect evidence‑based practice with real‑world service delivery.

With over 20 years of experience in oncology nursing, Alison brings a commitment to improving outcomes and experiences for patients affected by cancer. Her career has spanned a range of clinical, research, and leadership roles, including more than eight years dedicated to oncology clinical trials. She holds a Master of Nursing in Cancer and Haematology, complemented by a variety of specialty qualifications in oncology and clinical trial management.
She is particularly passionate about ensuring equitable access to clinical trials and believes that every patient should have the opportunity to benefit from emerging therapies and advances in cancer care.
She brings extensive oncology experience, sound clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based research that drives progress in cancer care.
